It's about time we change the default to prefer SinglePass lighting instead of MultiPass.
#2649 should make single pass lighting work reliably without any tweaking (just like multipass).
Running the screenshot tests on this PR surfaced a new bug: in many singlepass shaders the TBN matrix was built without normalizing its components, this caused some lighting artifacts in some scenes. This PR is now fixing that too.
